Abstract
In the present work the new
algorithm of determination of 1) clock angel, 2) azimuths, 3) time moments
of rising and decline, 4) moment of the top culmination and 5) period of
visibility of a space body is developed according to two measurements of
horizontal coordinates of object. On the basis of new algorithm computer
program ClockAngleFinder[2008] is constructed within the framework of
universal system of analytical calculations Mathematica. It allows to
process observational data and calculate all observables, their errors,
taken into account atmospheric refraction effect. The given program has some
essential advantages in comparison with known program RedShift. Numerical
analysis of the received results with use of the given measurements of
Jupiter height and declination is made. The new results and RedShift results
are compared feasibly. Coincidence of new and previous results
is observed.

Abstract
The advanced technique of
definition of key parameters of Galilean satellites is offered in the given
work. The task about determination of satellite orbital velocity is solved
here. New results are totally coincide with the previous results of
astronomers ̶ professionals. Estimations of mass
Galilean satellites are received. Owing to the big experimental errors of
determination of satellite period and its orbit
radius, the received values of mass and density are essentially
overestimated. The generalized criterion of Rosh for "JupiterGalilean
sitellites" system is received. The estimations of
average density of satellites are extremely low here.
It is strictly proved, that more than 98% of Total
Moment of Motion Quantity of the Jove
system is the MMQ of
Jupiter axial rotation. The received
results demonstrate about absence of MMQproblem
in system «Jupiter».

Abstract
The
simplest physical model of 22°halo based on the geometrical optics and
physics of atmospheric clouds is represented
in the work. The task about determination of flux
angular distribution of light for single
crystal is solved. The general algorithm is developed and its special case
is considered in detail. It is shown, that at θ = 22.06 ° the sharp maximum
of flux is observed. The task about determination
of concentration of water ice crystals from height is solved in an
analytical form. Calculation of flux angular
distribution of light scattering by a cloud of crystals is made. The full
profile of flux angular distribution
of light is received. The received result explains all basic features
of a visual image 22 °  halo. It is shown, that uncertainty of halo
external border directly correlates with turbulence of lifting air streams
which hold crystals in a equilibrium.

Abstract
A
simplest physical model of pulsations of Sun photosphere is considered in
the present work. The
analytical dependence of average radius of
Sun photosphere from value of
surface charge of a transitive layer
is found. The dynamic model of drift
of photosphere plasma is formulated. The closed system of the
differential equations is received in view of initial and boundary
conditions. The dependence of a
surface charge of a transitive layer from
concentrations of particles of different
kinds is determined. The reduction of model is
made. The reduced closed system of the
differential equations of plasma layers
motion is solved numerically taken into account
initial conditions. The numerical analysis of the
given results in case of photosphere plasma
conditions for thermal and nonthermal
velocities of the heavy charged particles is
made. It is shown, that there are
some kinds of plasma fluctuations which can be
identified, basically, on a spectrum of Sun radio emission. The estimations
of wavelengths
corresponding to protons and αparticles
fluctuations are given. It is shown,
that such fluctuations cannot represent steady process in physical
conditions of Solar crown.

Abstract
The
elementary theoretical algorithm of determination
of planet surface
effective temperature is formulated surface
in the present work. For this purpose the task
about determination of polar
angles of Mars orbit
points corresponding to the summer solstices in
southern and northern hemispheres is solved. The
calculation of falling angle
of a light beam, as functions of geographical latitude,
a clock angle and a
polar angle of a planet is executed. Two auxiliary
algorithms of definition of geographical latitude
of borders of northern and southern Mars polar
caps are developed. The effective refraction index
of Mars surface ground
is calculated. Expression for effective temperature of planet
surface is represented in a compact
analytical form. The new computer program 3DMSETM
[2008] for fast creation of a 3Dmap of Mars
effective temperature is constructed.

Abstract
The
simplist nonquantum
model of heavy charged particles
(β= v/c ≤ 0.01)
interaction with cosmic ices
medium is constructed. For this purpose the
task about calculation of effective charge and electric field of
hydrogen and oxygen
atoms is solved with
use of Gauss theorem
and ThomasFermi's statistical method. The impulse
variaton and ionization
energy losses of a particle with use of results of
polynomial
approximation
of effective electric charge
of atom electronic cloud
are calculated here.
It is shown, that the
given model describes the curve
of energy ionization losses partially: it
predicts existence of the peak similar Bragg
peak, and its size. However
peak position on energy is not
in agreement to the
predictions of computer program GEANT4.
Electrostatic potentials of hydrogen and oxygen
atom and total scattering cross sections of protons and
αparticles (depending on
particles velocities) are calculated.

Abstract
In the
given work the updated atlas of clouds which have included in
the most comleted
description of different clouds
classes, and also their images (included
more than 90 color photos) is made. With use of
the new atlas the elementary analysis of some
clouds properties on the photos
(received by Philippov
J.P. and Borisova K.)
is presented. The
calculation of cloud
height, distance, velocity and
their analytical results are
made with use of
triangulation method. The technique of definition
of the angular and linear visible sizes
for clouds is offered
with use of Drift
method. The new optical method of definition of
cloud height and
distance (for average and bottom
layers of clouds) is offered. The main advantage
of the given method is its opportunity of use during evening and night time
of day.

Abstract
The brief
review of modern representations about space ice and Solar system is
submitted in the given work. The task about reflection coefficient of the
flat nonpolarized electromagnetic wave from flat border of two dielectric
environments is solved as function of falling angle and refraction index.
The spherical albedo as function of refraction index is calculated. The heat
equilibrium equations both for sublimated and for unsublimated particles are
constructed with use of radiation laws for black and grey body. Analytical
expression for sublimation sphere radius of macroscopical spherical particle
from space ice is received in approximation of grey body model. The two
kinds of sublimation maps are constructed: 1) small sublimation
spheres (H2O, NH3, O2, CO2)
settle down in the region of classical planets orbits;
2) big sublimation spheres (ÑH4, N2, CO) which settle down in the field of
TransNeptunian objects orbits. It is shown, that the radius of
sphere of sublimation is sensitive to emissivity of space ice. .The seasonal
character of sublimation of general space ice
is peculiar for Jupiter and Saturn satellites, dwarfs planets and
comets.

Abstract
In the
present work the new model of spherical nonideal meteoroid falling in planet
atmosphere is formulated taken into account nonleading factors. Calculation
of drag force, mass flux of atmospheric gas and
heat flux absorbed by meteoroid is made at the most general case. The
mass and and radius decreasing equations for meteoroid are submitted.
The closed system of five first order nonlinear differential equations with
the boundary conditions, describing ballistics of nonideal meteoroid in
planet atmosphere is represented with using of the generalized barometric
formula. The given system of the differential equations solves numerically
for a spherical particle of water ice by radius 1 mm, included in Earth
atmosphere with a speed of 50 km/s, with falling angle of 45 degrees. The
next dependences y (t), y(x), V (y), R (y), [Δm/m] (y),
F_{dr}(y),
F_{Q}(y)
at four general regions of Earth atmosphere. It is shown, that the particle
most slowly falls in troposphere but the particle passes thermosphere
for one second. The sharp decreasing of particle speed and achievement of
the maximum for drag force heat flux is observed in methosphere. The
particle loses more than half of the initial mass and the radius of a
particle decreases up to 75 % from initial here.

Abstract
The problem about definition of
Rhea rings (A, B, C)
radiuses is solved In the present
work according to experimental
data. Rotation period, angular and
linear orbital speed, normal acceleration
for the particles of the
given rings are calculated. Minimal and maximal
mass of bodies of Rhea rings
is estimated.
Analytical expression for Roche radius is made in
case of the solidstate satellite. Numerical calculation of the given radius
is realized and it is shown, that all rings lay outside of
Roche sphere. Definitions and detailed
calculations for four gravitational spheres
are represented using
celestial mechanics and astronautics. It is shown, that
all rings of Rhea lay outside of
attraction sphere, but inside spheres of
action, Hill's and influences.
The 2Dmap of gravitational spheres and
Roche sphere for
Rhea with indication of
Rhea rings arrangement is constructed.
The given map allows to present a corresponding placement of rings
and Rhea gravitational spheres obviously.
